Quake 4

Well another victory for Earth against the Strogg, as Quake 4 is complete. After playing through both The Darkness and Prey I was after some old school FPS action which this is!



The gameplay does exactly what is says on the tin, so no surprises there. I really did feel some connection to my fellow troopers, and watching them die in various manners really was gruesome. The radio chatter element was also very well done and built up the tension. The plot also kept up a nice pace and it helped that the voice acting was nicely done. Overall a brilliant experience.
